Hosted by the C.H.R.I.S.T. Choir to raise money for their summer tour. Dessert Night Out is an evening of great entertainment, desserts (including low fat and no sugar) and fellowship for the whole family. The desserts and decorations are provided by the Choir members and their parents. The entertainment is provided by YOU! Donations taken these nights will defer the cost of each choir member’s tour.

For the past 19 years the C.H.R.I.S.T. (Christ Has Risen In Singing Teens) Choir has been blessed to worship and minister at Asbury through song. The Choir is made up of 10^th-12^th grade youth who sing at both traditional and contemporary worship services. In June members will embark on their week long Summer Mission Tour spreading the love of Christ through song. Some of the places they have traveled over the years are Washington DC, Dallas, New York City, Philadelphia, Oklahoma City, St. Louis, New Orleans and San Antonio, to name a few. While on tour the youth participate in a day of mission work called SERVICE DAY.  The choir has helped many organizations in the cities they have visited, as well as singing at children’s homes and retirement facilities.
