I'm New to Asbury

Welcome to Asbury! We are so happy to have you visit our site and we would love to get to meet you.  Asbury is a church that is dedicated to three things: Jesus, Prayer, Mission.  We are one of the fastest growing Methodist Churches in the nation.  As a larger church, we have many different things to offer you and your family. However, what we are most excited about is seeing you join with us in serving and mission.  We have found that through these two things, we can better experience the fullness of life that God has promised.

Interested in finding out more about us? Asbury Start orientation is a 30-minute overview designed to help you gain a better understanding of who we are and what we do as a church and as the body of Christ.  It is offered monthly at 10:15am or noon in our Fellowship Hall in the Joy Building. What to expect when you visit

It can be a little scary to walk into a large church campus and not know what to expect, so we would like to calm any nervousness you may have. Here's a little of what you can expect at Asbury on a Sunday morning. As you drive onto the campus, you are going to see special guest and handicap parking spaces just for you, and you’ll be greeted by one of our many Ambassadors that serve on Sunday mornings as you enter one of our five buildings.

Click here to take a Virtual Tour of some of our campus buildings.

If you have children you are welcome to make your way to one of our age-appropriate nurseries or classes. As you approach the children's area either at our Grace Building (up to Kindergarten) or at our Hope Building (1st-6th grade), you are asked to register your child into our Parent Pager System - this merely serves as a security mechanism that protects the children. Both you and your child are given an identity badge with a security code that allows you to pick up your child. Please arrive 15-20 minutes early to make sure you have time to register your children. If, however, you would like to worship with your child, please know that they are welcome in any of our services.

Sunday School classes are held at 8:45 and 10:30. Our traditional services held in the Sanctuary start at 8:45 and 10:30.  You can wear casual clothing or dress up in your favorite dress OR suit and tie.   Our contemporary worship services, held in the Grace Building, are very casual. Whether you worship in the Sanctuary or in the Grace Worship Center, you will find an exciting and compelling presentation of Biblical truths in word, song, and prayer. Before, in between, or after the services you can meet and mingle with other Asbury family members or have a cup of coffee in our Hospitality Area near the Sanctuary or in the Grace Concourse outside the Worship Center. While in a service, please fill out the Welcome Card in the pews or back of the chairs. You can note any specific information you would like on the back of the form and drop it in the offering plate/baskets during the service.

If at any time you have questions, please visit one of our Guest Services Areas in the area outside the Sanctuary or outside our Grace Worship Center. We look forward to meeting you and welcoming you into our Asbury family! You can also attend our orientation called Start which is a 30 minute overview designed to help you gain a better understanding of who we are and what we do as the body of Christ and as a church. Missions at Asbury

Asbury's Vision follows the Acts 1:8 missions model:

"But you will receive the power when the Holy Spirit comes upon you; and you will be my witnesses, in Jerusalem, and in all Judea and Samaria and to the Ends of the Earth."

Asbury strives to be a faithful missions church. Toward that end, we will:

Pray for all to come to a saving faith (John 17:20)
Seek the lost (Luke 19:10)
Share the Gospel of Jesus Christ with all creation (Mark 16:15)
Equip the saints to do the work of the ministry (Ephesians 4:12)
Work within each realm identified in Acts 1:8
Involve every member in Missions (1 Corinthians 12:27)
Spend the majority of our resources on serving others (Philippians 2:4) The increasing tithe to missions.
